SHIPPING POLICY

United Kingdom

Shipping is free for all UK purchases. All our watches are sent out on a tracked and signed for service. You'll be sent your tracking code as soon as your watch has been dispatched. Typical deliveries arrive within 48 hours. 

If you haven't received your delivery within 3-5 working days please get in touch.

Rest of the World

All our international packages are sent via Royal Mail International. All our watches are sent out on a tracked and signed for service. You'll be sent your tracking code as soon as your watch has been dispatched. Please allow 14 working days for your delivery to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any problem with your watch please do get in touch with us via hello@aldrigsen.com and we will do our best to solve your issue. 

Any purchases you are unhappy with can be returned to us for a full refund providing they are returned within 14 days. Please get in touch via the email address hello@aldrigsen.com before returning your item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

WATCH WARRANTies

Each of our unique Aldrig Sen timepieces are made according to the highest standards of quality and design. Even so, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any manufacturing defects; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.

The warranty for an Aldrig Sen timepiece is valid for a period of two years (24 months) from the date of purchase. Once the warranty period has ended any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, Aldrig Sen will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. We only ask that the customer covers the cost of shipping the product back to us. 

We only sell our products directly from our website. Any purchases made outside of the website are likely to be counterfeit and as such are not covered by our warranty. 

Aldrig Sen does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that you have a copy of your purchase receipt. This will have been both emailed to you at the time of purchase and a paper copy will be present within your delivery package. You only need to supply one of these receipts to validate your warranty claim. 

Aldrig Sen will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
